A Milwaukee man, lost $20,000 in a rigged game of craps. He then tried to kidnap the guy who fooled him but his attempt at kidnapping was foiled. Jsonline.com reports:

Woods, 31, is accused of kidnapping William Green at gunpoint after losing the money gambling in Green's basement and learning later that Green had rigged the dice, according to a criminal complaint filed Sunday. The Valentine's Day episode ended near a west side elementary school that went into a lockdown as parents and neighbors wondered what was going on.
